Pacitti Jones Legal Ltd is a long-established estate agent and law firm with branches across Glasgow.

We specialise in conveyancing and private client areas of legal practice and have a modern and innovative approach to managing our business.

Due to growth in the business we are looking for an Estate Agency Sales Receptionist in our West End Branch.

This role would ideally suit someone looking for weekend work and able to work additional hours to provide holiday cover during the week.

Standard hours will be:
Tues - 9-7pm

Sat - 10-2pm

Sun 10-2pm

We are particularly keen to have someone who can be flexible over the summer months and who can work additional days during the week.

The role will include dealing with any clients coming into the branch and to handle all calls coming to our network.

Clients come into the branch for a variety of reasons but predominantly to get an update on their property or to enquire about properties we are selling.

Calls will primarily be people looking to book a viewing and training will be given on how to handle the call and sell our additional services including looking to arrange a valuation on the caller's property if they have one, or getting authorisation to get our mortgage and protection partners to call them or to sell our legal and conveyancing services.

Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
