As a small family run business, we are searching for a skilled individual to contribute to our continuing growth and help us maintain our position within the sector.


The successful applicant will be expected to visit site and attend meetings to conduct surveys and create plans to move the project forward.

This would include creating detailed blueprint drawings using Autocad and producing accompanying quotes. The maintenance of a single project with end to end planning through to completion.


Responsibilities and Duties

The main responsibilities include:

  • Visiting sites to attend meetings, conduct detailed surveys and handover a site on completion of works in a courteous and professional manner.
  • The ability to create drawings via Autocad with accompanying list of site stock and quotes.
  • Liaising with clients to make any necessary amendments to projects or update progress on projects.
  • Liaising with suppliers and following deadlines.
  • Management of project stock from delivery to installation.
  • Quoting adhoc & reactive jobs.
  • Liaising with engineers.
  • Working as part of a committed team.
  • Working on site when necessary

Qualities & Skills:

Essential_

  • The ability to multitask
  • The ability to work alone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a full clean drivers licence
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Able to work long hours when necessary.
  • Be able to lift and carry

Desirable but not essential_

  • Prior knowledge of Autocad or similar
  • Background in catering desirable but not essential.
  • Background in a building trade
  • Prior experience in a project management role
