Description

The Acute and Diagnostics Administration Services are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Front of House Administration Services Team as a Clerical Officer.

Front of House includes the following areas across Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary:
Main Reception, Orthopaedic Reception, Outpatient Reception, Oncology Reception, Day Surgery Reception, Ward Reception and at

Mountainhall Treatment Centre:
Bay 3 Outpatients.


This post works very closely with the clinical teams (Consultants and Nursing Teams) within specific areas and will be supported by Colleagues / Office Manager / Assistant Business Support Manager / Administration Services Manager.

Hours of work will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday pm (30 minutes for lunch).

The post will require the successful applicant to obtain Standard Disclosure Clearance.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES:


_NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week for __NHS Agenda for Change workers in Scotland _
_from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period, for which you would be paid, until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week._
