Search has partnered with an Engineering business based on the outskirts of Leeds who are recruiting for an Office Manager/PA.

The salary for this role is
33k-35k

This company truly believes in progression and career development, therefore you will be trained to complete some finance duties such as invoicing, raising PO's, matching batching, coding invoices and distribute payslips for their members of staff.

In your new role you will be
:


  • Manage apprentice info
  • Responsible for day o day running of the office
  • Assisting with onboarding documents
  • Managing Director's diaries
  • Organising company events
  • Schedule staff reviews
  • Attending staff meetings and taking minutes
  • Management of business operation contracts e.g. office, phones, etc.
  • Contact with external patterns such as HR matters, contracts, staff handbook
  • Reporting faults and building operation issues etc
  • Formulate administration processes
