A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an Audio Typist to join the Urology department.


This role will mainly focus on the delivery of accurate and time sensitive typing and editing within the department, with additional clerical duties when required.


  • To provide high quality typing and editing for the department.
  • To undertake general office duties.
  • To liaise with consultants regarding clinical correspondence.
  • To aid the team with the collection and delivery of patient notes.
  • To record and securely store information relating to confidential matters and enquiries.
  • Support the team with absence cover.


You should be well motivated, organised and have the ability to cope under pressure whilst being flexible to the changing environment.

You should be an effective team player who is capable of working well within the team or autonomously.
