Context
*****ISS in the UK provides high quality facility services designed to maintain the fabric and mechanical and electrical services to the client across their estate of 56 schools based around the north, west and south of England. ISS also provides utility analysis, project work and innovation initiatives to the contract.
*****As the Key Account Coordinator you will ensure financial, administrative, reporting and coordination elements are carried out to the highest standard. Engaging with all ISS team and sub contractors to always ensure service excellence and achievement of contractual KPIs/SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as primary support for the Key Account Manager
:

-
Be the primary point of customer contact for operational escalations and general queries
:

-
Be the primary point of contact for the ISS Client Engagement Team, including monitoring and reporting on achievement of relevant KPI's
:

-
Provide weekly and monthly customer MI reporting
:

-
To monitor and work with KAN to achieve required KPI for completion of PPM & Reactive works
:

-
Any other required work to support the overall performance/benefit of the contract
:

-
Attend the Quarterly Review meetings with the KAM
:

-
Help to manage profit and loss of fixed and variable costs in Open accounts and local tracking documentation
:

-
Management of Purchase Orders and Invoices received onto the Finance system including obtaining Management approval
:

-
Reconciliation of all supplier statements received
:

-
Manage and maintain records of cleared engineers allowed to work on the account as per DBS vetting.

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

Minimum of - 3 years' experience of contract support/administration
:

Experience of management reporting

Experienced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
