Our client is seeking someone who is confident and comfortable with the conveyancing process to join their proficient and highly trained team.

The role will be varied, and you will be trusted to work on a variety of tasks independently to facilitate the smooth day to day running of your senior conveyancing lawyer's workload.

This opportunity is a great role to grow into and establish yourself within to extend your conveyancing and legal knowledge whilst working for one of Gloucestershire's premier law firms.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:

  • Assist a senior conveyancing lawyer from initiation to completion.
  • Interpret and draft legal correspondence and forms.
  • Opening and closing case files.
  • Diary management and other administrative tasks such as arranging of appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Legal Secretary:

  • Strong understanding of conveyancing required.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
  • Great Microsoft Office skills.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gloucester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
