Lock is a full service, creative production company, specialising in end to end content creation for the fashion, beauty and luxury industries.

We work alongside the forefront of the industries brands, photographers, art directors and agencies in all aspects of production and casting, always acting as the definitive, service led production resource.

This role is for a bright, dynamic, and outgoing person who can work on long projects just as well as ad hoc project requiring tight turnarounds.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Managing both small and large scale projects, including e-commerce.
Overseeing team members and department resources across London and Barcelona.
Devising timelines and ensuring projects stay within designated budgets.
Structuring projects and devising efficient processes.
Liaising with clients and the creative team to ensure projects run smoothly.
Ensuring that our teams are providing production services of the highest quality.
Providing knowledgeable creative and industry input to all projects.
Actively seeking new business.

Skills required:

At least 8 years experience within photography and film production.
Team management experience.
A proactive approach to new opportunities.
Impressive communication skills and enthusiastic approach to liasing with clients.
Ability to work creatively with budgets.

Salary:
From £40,000.00 per year
