Description

To oversee ledgers to drive down debt and ensure customers are communicated with frequently so that cash is collected on time.

Reporting into the Finance manager and working in a small team of credit controllers based in the Runcorn branch.


Client Details

Description

  • Credit Control
  • Monitoring the credit controller software for next day communications that are being sent automatically
  • Monitoring and managing the inbox for queries
  • New account set ups
  • Ensuring new customers are added to banking platform for a credit check to be run
  • Adding customer to accounting software
  • Passing new set ups to invoicing team thereafter
  • Cash allocation
