Title:
Procurement Specialist
KBR's global business comprises two main segments - Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) and Government Solutions (GS). This role sits within STS in the Integrated Solutions business unit.
Integrated Solutions is the engineering and project delivery group providing services which include front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction services, and program management primarily in the hydrocarbons and energy transition industries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Low Level Package Procurement
Procurement of non-critical procurement and minor bulks
Market Surveillance
Supply Pre-qualification coordination with vendor and inter disciplines
Processing of Vendor Milestone Certificates and Contract Completion Certificates
Implementation of Invoice Milestone processing in KBR IPMS System
Implementation of Client SAP System interface for Invoice Payments
Creation of Service Order Entries and subsequent management of entries through Client SAP System.
Deal with SAP Contract Activities including POs
Administration of Instruction to Proceed (ITP) against Third Party Inspection and Expediting Contracts
General Procurement and Contracts Administration both manual and electronic
Meeting Minutes, appointments, reservations, coordination etc
Relationships:
Works with multi discipline Project team
Liaison with Client responsible SAP Administrators and Finance
Coordination with Procurement and Contracts for Certificate approvals
Education & Experience:
Education:
Educated to sufficient level to perform the required tasks.
Full knowledge and Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of SAP and IPMS an advantage
Experience:
Experience within Oil & Gas projects
Knowledge in SAP or IPMS Systems
Knowledge in KBR Contracting and Implementation processes an advantage
Previous Experience on Oil and Gas or similar project for a relevant number of years
