We are actively seeking a dedicated Part Time Accounts Assistant to play a pivotal role within our accounting department, ensuring the seamless flow of financial transactions and supporting our clients' financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently process and manage invoices, receipts, and payments
Contribute to bank reconciliations with precision and accuracy
Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions
Execute general ledger postings and diligently prepare statements
Assist in the preparation and submission of essential tax forms
Collaborate closely with clients to swiftly resolve any accounting discrepancies

Requirements:

Possess an AAT Qualified, or progressing towards ACCA/ACA certification
Showcase exceptional numeracy skills and an unwavering attention to detail
Demonstrate excellent communication skills that foster effective collaboration
Exhibit proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
Thrive under pressure, consistently meeting stringent deadlines
Present a solid track record of experience in a similar UK Practice setting
