Role Summary
An exciting new opportunity for a client facing role to join Longpré's installation team.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, the Working Foreman/Women will be responsible for organising, supervising and motivating Longpré's fitting team to ensure the highest quality of site installation.

Longpré's projects are international and high value, requiring a Working Foreman/Women with a 'can do' attitude who enjoys new and exciting challenges.

Role Responsibilities

Working 'on the tools' alongside the fitting team, whilst supervising and coordinating all site activities
Monitor site Health & Safety
Deliver daily site task briefings
Complete daily site reports
Coordinate site labour and delegate site tasks
Ensure fitting team meets programme targets
Coordinate all site deliveries and collections
Responsible for site housekeeping

Skills

Strong leadership and people skills
Confident decision maker
Well organised and good time management skills

Qualifications and Experience

5+ years working as a Working foreman/Women or Senior Site Fitter in interior fitouts or similar
Full clean driving license
CSCS operatives' card
SSSTS (desirable)
First Aid (desirable)
