Compliance Specialist - Consumer Duty

Fully remote

£350 - £400 per day - Outside IR35

Oliver Marks Consulting is currently recruiting for a major insurance client of ours who are looking to recruit a Compliance Specialist.

Due to a new regulatory project, my client requires a compliance specialist to come on board for an initial 4 month period to work closely with the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer to ensure this project is completed on time.

On a day to day basis you willbe providing guidance to the business on consumer duty requirements, reviewing workstreams to provide assurance, leading the scope, design, implementation and embedding of the consumer duty governance and be managing stakeholders within various areas of thecompany.

To be successful in this role you will need to have detailed working knowledge of the FCA handbook, particularly the high-level standard, ICOBS and Consumer Duty, be capable of making informed challenges of MI, policies, procedures and processes.

A goodunderstanding of risk management and how to identify, assess and report risks is essential.
