This is a fantastic career opportunity for a senior residential support worker or trainee senior residential support worker to join a company in Oxford that has an excellent reputation.

This beautiful 3 bedded children's home supports children from years old. They currently have 3 settled young people.


The salary for a senior is up to £30,000 + £70 per sleep x 10 per 4-week period = additional £7,560 - total salary up to £37,560 + overtime, paid at £14 per hour.


The operate a rota to maximise time off, this could be 2 days in 1 week and 3 days in the next week, you will only work 1 weekend in every 3 weekends.

The company is owned by a child protection lawyer, who wants to provide a safe caring environment for young people because of what they have seen in their experiences within their own role within the legal system.


The home is being run with such high standards with regards to policies, procedures, and the care they give, they already have an excellent relationship with OFSTED.


The home is situated in a nice area in Oxford and offers the best environment for both children in care and staff working at the home.

It is a large, detached property with 3 children's bedrooms, 2 staff bedrooms, and extra amenities such as a separate gaming room, and separate education room.


As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be required to work closely with all team members in the house.

You will also be fundamental in ensuring there is a warm, friendly environment where the children can thrive.

You will be working with young people who display challenging behaviour and must guide these young people towards the best outcomes for them in all aspects of their lives.

Car drivers are essential because of transporting the young people to education.

£35,560.00-£37,560.00 per year
