OverviewWe are seeking an Account Administrator to join our team.
Preferably with experience or some form of AAT Qualifications (Levels 2 and 3 )
Main duties to include:
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Support with payroll preparation monthly
- Process supplier payments and send remittance advices
- Assist with sending monthly customer statements
- Monthly stationery order
- Maintain staff holiday records
- Assist with maintaining recharges
- Assist with client account bank reconciliation, paying landlords and suppliers.
- Possibility to study A T Qualifications (Levels 2 and 3 )
- Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.30 based in Totnes can be flexible.
Salary:
£19,500-£23,500 depending on experience.
