Overview


We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our team.
Preferably with experience or some form of AAT Qualifications (Levels 2 and 3 )


Main duties to include:

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Support with payroll preparation monthly
  • Process supplier payments and send remittance advices
  • Assist with sending monthly customer statements
  • Monthly stationery order
  • Maintain staff holiday records
  • Assist with maintaining recharges
  • Assist with client account bank reconciliation, paying landlords and suppliers.
  • Possibility to study A T Qualifications (Levels 2 and 3 )
  • Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.30 based in Totnes can be flexible.

Salary:
£19,500-£23,500 depending on experience.
