The Role
The Finance Customer Response (FCR) Team is at the forefront of Specsavers' customer service, supporting over 1,500 optical, hearing, Home Visit and NewMedica businesses in the UK, ROI, and the Netherlands.
Our purpose is to manage the c7,000 finance queries received per month from our stores, their suppliers and our internal colleagues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming phone calls and logging queries for investigation
- Providing dynamic resolutions to problems balanced with adhering to policies and procedures

- An ability to listen, empathise and probe to fully understand the customers' needs
