Description

Smart Workforce Solutions are recruiting an experienced
team leader to join a local plastic recycling company, based in
HU7 for their
night shift.

We are offering steady job opportunities, leading to permanent contact and the ability to grow in the business. If you are tired of short-term placements and want to join a small, friendly team - this job is for you

Shifts

Monday to Thursday 4pm 4am (46 hours per week)

Pay
- £11.50 per hour + £2.50 shift allowance (starting wage)

Job role duties and expectations:

Machine and equipment operation & training (safe, effective, basic)
Machine maintenance / identification (basic)
Maintenance management daytoday (plan, liaise, identify, advise, inform maintenance of issues)
Batch processing, waste types
Processing capability
Site & stock organisation, planning and housekeeping.
Site security
Operational time management
Supervision and practical training (SSOWs) for new MRF 2 starters
Site staff safe working & PPE
Waste and chemical handling
Systems and Processes (safe & environmental operation)
Stock organisation, planning and housekeeping.
Cleaning / Housekeeping planning & break rota.
