Job description
Our client is currently recruiting an experienced delivery drivers in Letchworth.

Working for an internationally recognised company, you will delivering critical medication to pharmacies.

please call Orhan on for immediate interviews.

starting each day between 05.30am to 07.30 am

5 and a half days a week. ( lunchtime finish on Saturdays )

£11.75 per hour Monday to Friday

£12.75 per hour Saturdays

weekly pay

temp to perm

accumulated holidays


You will ideally have experience of pharmacy delivery, but this is not essential as a full induction will be given.

You must however have multidrop experience, delivering a minimum of 30 packages a day.

On this assignment you will deliver 30 approx. pharmacies in the morning, come back and reload after lunch for an afternoon route of approx deliveries. No PM route on Saturdays.

A basic DBS will be carried out and you should be able to pass that.

This role is advertised by an employment business, and you will be engaged through a 3rd party as a contractor.

Duties:


  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
  • Load and unload products from the vehicle
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries
  • Ensure all deliveries are accurately recorded and signed for by the recipient
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Experience:


  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording deliveries
