About The Role:

recruitment programmes to support the NHS, making a significant difference, in putting people in places to care?

(please note that this is a 6 month, fixed term contract with the potential to extend depending on department circumstances)

Role summary:


_ NHS Professionals International _is key supplier of international nurses to the NHS_, _which offers to those NHS Trusts who use our services, the opportunity to fill their vacant nursing posts outside the EU - typically from the Philippines, Middle East and India.

To support our continued growth, we are recruiting an additional International Recruitment Adviser.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to join a specialist team undertaking complex administrative tasks ensuring the smooth delivery of our recruitment services.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify any obstacles/issues in the process, manage these effectively and share suitable improvement methods with other advisers and Recruitment Managers as well as escalating to Senior International Recruitment Adviser.

To be successful in this post you will need to demonstrate the following;


You may be from a healthcare or related background, display highly polished interpersonal, customer service and diplomacy skills and demonstrate finely tuned organisational capabilities.

You may also have experience of working in an international field and / or large-scale recruitment, or similar and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive experience of working in administrative support role
  • Volume recruitment campaigns
  • Understanding of international recruitment processes.
  • Experience of largescale recruitment.
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner.
  • Personal drive for high work standards, excellence and attention to detail.
  • Able to act as an ambassador for the team, both internally and externally.
