Responsibility:

• Lead critical projects to ensure we meet our strategic objectives
• Exercise autonomy to identify, analyze, design solutions, and execute them
• Collaborate seamlessly with teams across Metaprise to address pivotal challenges
• Innovate and develop cuttingedge processes and products
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects, showcasing adaptability across diverse functions
• Previous projects have involved identifying new business opportunities, leading product teams, and talent acquisition
• Gain insights into business building and develop the mindset to solve any challenge

Minimum Qualifications:

years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up/strategy consulting/investment banking)

• Proven track record as a top performer in various domains
• Hyperlogical and structured thinker with a knack for breaking down complex problems
• Curious and passionate about making a meaningful impact, demonstrated through past projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, and bilingual capabilities are a must
• Ideally, hold a STEM or another highly quantitative degree from a globally recognized university
