Here at BPC Recruitmentwe have an amazing opportunity for a Land Buyer to join a well established and thriving developer, who are looking to expand their land team.

Land Buyer - Duties:

Assist with the management of Land Acquisition for the Group.
Identify, discuss and promote potential land opportunities with the Director. To prepare and present suitable opportunities to the Director.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external clients and agents.
Liaise with the Director to understand all necessary aspects and needs for operational development.
Report timely and accurately as requested by the Director either on a regular or ad hoc basis.

Land Buyer - Specification:

Experience of working as a Land Buyer or Land Manager
Proven track record of land acquisition within the housebuilding industry
A commercially astute problem solver who can secure new projects and assist in driving them to profit delivery
Exceptional negotiating and influencing skills; a confident and professional networker
An innovative thinker, with the drive to seek out and pursue new development opportunities
Familiarity with all legal and contractual aspects of the land process
Able to communicate with a wide range of people, create rapport and trust, and develop and maintain key contacts
Articulate, clear and credible, and able to thrive under pressure in a fastpaced environment
