Radley Green is working with a professional services firm going through a huge period of growth and as such are growing their Resource Management team. The Resource Management function is still in its infancy and as such they are looking for a ResourceManager to join their team to work with the Director of Operations to develop all Resource Management systems, processes and capabilities.


This position requires someone who has experience in Resource management and is looking to for a role where they can add value by acting as a business partner to the fee generating teams and develop all RM processes.


The business would consider someone coming in at Manager or Assistant Manager level and will pay between £55k and £65k plus benefits, bonus and hybrid working.


Re responsibilities of the role include:

  • Responsible for allocating resources to client demand and understanding the skills and experience of staff to make allocation decisions.
  • Prioritising resource during peak periods to ensure quality client delivery
  • Dealing with escalations and conflicting demands, liaising with other members of the Resourcing team as required; and
  • Working with senior stakeholders to track pipeline and new wins, focusing on the resource planning & transition requirements.
  • Managing utilisation levels and other key performance indicators;
  • Providing regular insight to business leaders on upcoming capacity, peaks, and conflicts to enable business decisions; and
  • Monitoring headcount levels and recruitment needs to ensure we have the resources required.
  • Allocating resource portfolios for new joiners, considering their skills and experience;
  • Helping to onboard new joiners and provide training on our resource tool and operational excellence expectations.
  • Workforce planning / resource deployment experience essential ideally within a professional services / consulting environment;
  • Experience working with Audit teams or other similar teams
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills;
  • Problem solver who is creative and resilient.
