Private Client - 6 PQE+LiverpoolFrom £75k DOE My client is well-established law firm, who are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join them and play a key role in growing their private client department.

They are looking for a client-focused solicitor who is passionate about providing high-quality legal services to individuals and families and has extensive expertise in handling a wide range of matters, including wills, estates, trusts, tax planning, and probate.


Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration.
Provide expert legal advice to clients, taking into consideration their individual circumstances and objectives.
Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax planning strategies.
Assist clients with the administration of estates, including obtaining grants of probate or letters of administration.
Advise on inheritance tax planning and asset protection strategies.
Manage and develop junior members of the team
