By joininga unique integrated structure you will benefit from working in collaborative teams and be given responsibility for delivering robust and independent audit services in a supportive environment.

In a rapidly changing business world, we also care about our industry and have long pressed for a debate on audit competition.

Our audit work and audit teams are supported by the AQST who deliver the foundations for audit quality in the form of policies, reviews, coaching support, procedures, templates, guidance and training in line with the Group Mazars audit approach and relevantauditing, ethical and accounting standards.

Our AQST plays a vital role in supporting our audit practice.

In this role, you will be part of a growing and dynamic team that supports a number of processes - primarily the RCA, Audit Quality Indicators and Post Implementation Effectiveness reviews.

In an audit quality control context, RCA is recognised as a valuable technique to identify the primary cause of audit failures and prevent recurrence of the same issues (whether weaknesses or failings).

It is also seen as means of identifying good practiceas part of a continuous improvement programme.

The increased importance and visibility of quality reviews linked with the benefits gained from root cause analysis has led the firm to seek a new resource in the AQST team to focus on root cause analysis.

Thisrole will have a significant part in delivery of the firm's RCA programme, the development of and reporting on Audit Quality Indicators and performance of Post Implementation Effectiveness Reviews.
