Here at PGI, we're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales & Business Development function


This will initially be a 12-month fixed-term contract but there is potential for this to be extended or transition into a permanent position.

What is the role?
PGI's Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions continue to expand, driving our successful growth.

We require an individual wanting to develop a rewarding career in sales by joining our sales support team on a permanent basis.


The responsibilities of the post are as follows:

  • Maintenance of our Customer Requirements Management (CRM) system.
  • Providing colleagues with CRM data to support and inform on the success of ongoing sales or marketing campaigns.
  • Produce weekly and monthly datadriven reports to the sales management team.
  • Manage PGI's Sales inboxes and answer inbound salesrelated calls from customers.
  • Support with the ongoing management of sales and business development documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to Directors responsible for business development.
  • Provide basic cover for sales colleagues during an absence.

On day one you'll bring

  • Experience within a Sales Support / Administrative position is highly desirable.
  • Experience of using a CRM system is highly desirable.
  • A desire to progress a career in Sales and Business Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as an ability to build relationships.
  • Organised, with an ability to work to tight deadlines in a fastmoving environment.
