Continuum Industries is on a mission to help rewire the world with cleaner, green energy.We have developed Optioneer, an AI-powered tool that helps plan new infrastructure projects much faster, more sustainably and at lower risk.
Since launch, we have supported over 40,000 km of new linear infrastructure - underground and subsea power cables, overhead transmission lines, hydrogen and water pipelines.
Our customers include large enterprises like SSE, National Grid, SGN, BP, RWE and Xodus Group.We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and elevate the hiring process at Continuum Industries. You will be instrumental in building relationships with hiring managers and leadership and lead end-to-end recruitment efforts. We're looking for someone with experience sourcing hard-to-fill roles, driving the hiring process, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of building a high-impact team.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives, including workforce planning and diversity initiatives based on our hiring roadmap.

Employer Branding: Develop and maintain Continuum Industries employer brand to attract top talent, both locally and globally.

Team Building: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements and communicate hiring statuses to the wider leadership and hiring manager team.

Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and analytics to track and measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-informed decisions.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding: Coordinate with the Workplace Experience Manager to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new team members.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a startup or highgrowth environment (preferably in the US and UK).
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment ), Linkedin Recruiter, sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A track record of building and nurturing diverse teams.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
