Sue Ross Recruitment are working on a fantastic permanent opportunity working for one of Sheffield's oldest companies Established in the 1700s and based in truly unique premises, they are looking for an Office Administrator to join their small and dedicated team.

This is a broad ranging administrative position that will involve the following:

  • Act as point of call for telephone enquiries/ taking orders/ transferring calls
  • Processing sales orders, invoices and credit notes
  • Learning and understanding the product range
  • Taking and processing card payments from customers.
  • Booking in purchase orders (when required)
  • Learning to use Sage 200 to help with many different tasks including booking in orders.
  • Handling general administrative tasks/ office duties.
  • Liaising with other staff members.
  • Mail merging
  • Creating flyers

Required experience:

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with Sage 200 a bonus
  • Recent administrative experience
  • Experience of taking and processing orders
  • Must be able to work in a small office environment and be selfmotivated, organised and professional.
Office based, full time permanent position (with some flexibility on start time)


Free onsite parking
Normal office hours Mon - Thurs 8am - 4pm, Fri 8am - 2pm
