Description

General To provide a full range of high-quality administrative support to the MTG/ITT Minding the Gap meetings To capture data and prepare papers for quarterly reporting to commissioners for the service To assist in the design and implementation of research, audit and service development projects within the service as required.

To undertake data collection, analysis, the production of reports and summaries, using databases and statistical programmes as required, across several different electronic patient records as held by both CAMHS and Adult Services.

To accurately take & circulate minutes of meetings, type correspondence, reports, summaries and other documents, both clinical and general.

To manage the receipt of referrals and generate the agenda for the MTG/ITT Meeting To assemble information about cases in advance of the MTG/ITT meeting To support the action points from the MTG/ITT Meeting by liaising with partner agencies as required To interview clients to capture qualitative data around the experience of transition Financial responsibility The post holder will hold responsibility as requisitioning officer for the Young People and Transitions Service The post holder is responsible for managing the budget for the Young Peoples Board (Participation forum) which has provision for activities and refreshments Responsibility for Administration The post holder will record and disseminate the minutes of the Young People Service Transitions Panel Meetings The post holder will liaise with multiple external agencies working with children and young people in order to invite contributors to the boroughs transitions panel meetings The post holder will assist the Young People Service Operational Leads in both boroughs and Camden & Islingtons overall Clinical Lead for Young People and Transitions to provide an efficient and effective support for the planning and delivery of high-quality Transition Care Plans for you people in Camden and Islington The post holder will ensure that accurate records are kept up-to-date Responsibility for IT and Digital Systems/Services The post holder will support the YPS senior staff to collate, analyse and disseminate clinical data as it pertains to the work of the Trusts Transitions Teams in Camden and Islington CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES To assist in the psychological assessment, formulation and delivery of 1:1 or group-based psychological interventions for service users, under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist.

To work with other staff in assessment, care provision and relevant multi-professional meetings.

Research, audit, and service evaluation To assist in the design and implementation of research, audit, quality-improvement and service development projects within the services as required.

To undertake data collection, analysis, the production of reports and summaries, using databases and statistical programmes as required.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT The post holder will participate in the implementation of clinical research projects being conducted by the Young People Service, as initiated by the Clinical Lead.

The post holder will participate in the implementation of Quality Improvement being conducted by the Young People Service as initiated by the Clinical Lead.
