OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
STOKE ON TRENT
FULL TIME
PERMANENT
UP TO £25K DOE
THE ROLE
- Booking, collating, and monitoring of training and courses
- Producing weekly reports for Directors
- Answering phones and dealing with sales enquiries
- Providing general administrative support, assisting Directors and Senior Managers as requested
- Contacting fitters and monitoring attendance to site
- Assisting Site Support with queries and updates
- Producing and monitoring Facebook adverts
- Assisting with specialist projects and auditing of detailed paperwork
- Product ordering
- Collation and distribution of site samples
- Providing assistance / cover for other departments when required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment is required
- Excellent communication skills
- A good level of IT literacy
- The ability to work in a fast paced, close knit team environment
