OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

STOKE ON TRENT

FULL TIME

PERMANENT

UP TO £25K DOE

THE ROLE

  • Booking, collating, and monitoring of training and courses
  • Producing weekly reports for Directors
  • Answering phones and dealing with sales enquiries
  • Providing general administrative support, assisting Directors and Senior Managers as requested
  • Contacting fitters and monitoring attendance to site
  • Assisting Site Support with queries and updates
  • Producing and monitoring Facebook adverts
  • Assisting with specialist projects and auditing of detailed paperwork
  • Product ordering
  • Collation and distribution of site samples
  • Providing assistance / cover for other departments when required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good level of IT literacy
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, close knit team environment
Applicants must have their own transport as access to our client's site via public transport is very limited.
