Description

The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM), reporting to the Global Head of Clinical Development/CMO, will play a key operational role, alongside the Asset Lead, in planning, co-ordinating and the efficient execution of multi-centre phase I and II oncology clinicaltrials or programs, ensuring delivery of associated activities to time, cost and quality.

Working as part of the Clinical Development team your key responsibilities will be to:

Work with internal and external teams and providers, to ensure clinical trials and development plans are initiated, managed and delivered in line with company strategy
Create and maintain effective relationships with study sites and Principal Investigators; helping to support and influence where required
Work with Head of CMC to ensure drug supply for clinical activities
Review and approve CRFs, IRTs and other relevant specifications from a clinical perspective, ensuring the successful support of data collection, ensuring data integrity at all times throughout the clinical trial

What you will need:

A degree in life sciences, or other relevant clinical trials experience including at least 3 years' experience running multicentre, international clinical trials in Phase I or Phase II in oncology. Or similar early phase clinical experience working acrossvarious therapeutic areas
Strong project management, skills experience of data management and a robust understanding and knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements for clinical research

You must be:

A High calibre individual, driven and energised in their work, with a sensitivity and understanding of patients and their needs through a clinical trial.
Pragmatic, solution focussed and willing/able to roll up sleeves in a fastmoving, small company environment
Scientifically credible to all key stakeholders
