Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Client Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships in our busy and varied agency. The role involves developing marketing strategies for our client's online presence based on analytic research of their current performance. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities:


Client Management:

  • Working with our Senior Client Partner in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understand client objectives, needs, and preferences to effectively communicate with internal teams.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure successful execution and working with the whole team to achieve this.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance clients online presence and brand awareness.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports to assess campaign performance and make datadriven recommendations.

Content Creation and Curation:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce highquality visual and written content for social media campaigns.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify opportunities for content creation.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across all social media channels.

Campaign Execution:

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including designers and copywriters, to deliver campaign assets on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to achieve campaign objectives.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Gather insights from social media analytics and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client management and/or social media management is desirable but not essential and full training and coaching will be given.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for marketing purposes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with design principles and the creative process is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
