Customer Relations Representative
Vision Glasgow is a small, fast-paced, and creative company located in Watford. We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Relations Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
This position will be responsible for managing the company's customer base and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the company.
The Customer Relations Representative will also be responsible for ensuring that all internal team members are following company policies and procedures.
This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a courteous manner; relay calls to Customer Service Department when appropriate.
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional manner; take messages for callers when available.
- Assist with the processing of customer orders and communications.
- Assist with the creation of new customer accounts and maintain existing accounts by following up on issues as they arise.
- Provide support to internal team members by providing training, feedback, and coaching as needed.
- Provide support to Sales Team by answering questions and providing guidance when needed.
- Provide support to Sales Team by completing tasks as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or other managers as needed.
- Maintains client information in CRM database according to Company procedures.
- Maintains a clean workspace at all times according to Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all internal team members are following company policies and procedures including maintaining an organized workspace at all times according to Company policies and procedures.
- Provide support to Management as needed by performing duties assigned in a professional manner at all times according to Company policies and procedures.
Salary:
£26,914.00-£28,752.00 per year
