JOB SUMMARY
RWS Global is currently seeking a
Coordinator, Facilities to serve as a point person to oversee our rehearsal studios and performer housing.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations across multiple worksites in a fastpaced production environment
- Monitor studio calendar and supervise turn arounds, load ins, and set ups
- Ensure compliance of studio protocol & enforce safety standards
- Inspect the facilities on a regular basis for proper maintenance and repairs
- Repair minor fixes as needed
- Maintain rehearsal studio supplies
- Oversee the janitorial staff
- Maintain performer housing, including move in and move out procedures
- Serve as the liaison with building management
Qualifications & Skills:
- 23 year's experience as a Facilities or Production/Stage Manager
- Experience in a fastpaced environment
- The ability to quickly problem solve under pressure
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Strong negotiation, organization, prioritization, and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
