JOB SUMMARY

RWS Global is currently seeking a
Coordinator, Facilities to serve as a point person to oversee our rehearsal studios and performer housing.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Manage facility operations across multiple worksites in a fastpaced production environment
  • Monitor studio calendar and supervise turn arounds, load ins, and set ups
  • Ensure compliance of studio protocol & enforce safety standards
  • Inspect the facilities on a regular basis for proper maintenance and repairs
  • Repair minor fixes as needed
  • Maintain rehearsal studio supplies
  • Oversee the janitorial staff
  • Maintain performer housing, including move in and move out procedures
  • Serve as the liaison with building management

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 23 year's experience as a Facilities or Production/Stage Manager
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to quickly problem solve under pressure
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation, organization, prioritization, and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
