Leading Eco Cleaning Company

Recruitment, Quality and Training Officer - Central London
We are looking for a new team member to help with training, quality auditing and recruitment.

Full training will be given.

A positive attitude and good communication skills are the key requirements for this role.

Your shift:

Monday to Fridays
1pm to 9pm
50% Office Based and 50% Field Based (Central London)

Salary:

£26,000.00 to £30,000.00 per annum

Your role:

Coordinate with team & help recruit suitable new staff using Indeed and other sources
Deliver induction training to new employees
Carry out vetting checks on new employees
Complete quality cleaning audits to key sites
Carry out site visits to upskill team members and follow up on training
Help create, update and improve training programs and deliver them across the company
Report directly to senior management

Essential to the role:

-
Fluent written and verbal English language skills essential. Other additional languages an advantage.

Team player
Great communication skills
Leadership ability
A current DBS check / OR ability to get a DBS check
Good IT Skills and be able to help build training presentations
