Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Community Hub Coordinator to support our teams and service users, within Community Health Services for Nursing and Therapy based principally at Coalville Health Centre in the Community Nursing office (free parking is available and this base is close to public transport).

Occasional travel may be required to the base at Legion House, in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
