This is what you'll be doing
As a Senior Associate within the team's Commercial team, your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure the efficient and profitable delivery of legal work, expertly managing resources and workloads.
  • Cultivate strong client and referrer relationships, exceeding service expectations while contributing to key client management and development.
  • Showcase your technical prowess, providing impeccable legal advice and skillfully negotiating various commercial contracts, including IT agreements and outsourcing.
  • Elevate your professional profile as a recognized industry expert, contributing to thought leadership content and spearheading business development activities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement innovative ideas into the business plan, showcasing new business success through strategic BD activities.

The experience you'll bring to the team
You will bring the following experience to the Commercial team:

  • 5+ years of PQE in a prominent national or regional firm.
  • A proven track record of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including notable experience in IT agreements and outsourcing.
  • Specialized expertise in the Tech sector will set you apart.
