Description
To work as a Nurse Associate Practitioner within the Children & Young People's Specialist Community Nursing team (CYPSCNT).To support the Nurse Specialist (special schools), learning disability nurses and community nurse in providing a service for children/ young people in special schools, primary care and the community that promotes their physical, social and emotional well-being.
To work in partnership with the caseload holder to provide delegated support/interventions for children and young people in the Harrogate & District area.
