We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Asisstant (Band 3) undertaking full time hours to join the North Hull and East riding Nursing and Conditions community team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated health care assistants to work within our community nursing teams, providing holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.

The successful applicants should be motivated and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of community nursing is not essential. However, must have a minimum of two years experience working within healthcare.
