Are you interested in working with data and information in the adult social care sector? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Information Governance (IG) team.


This is a key administrative role that supports the IG team with various tasks related to data quality, security, and compliance.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Checking, redacting, inputting, and processing data using different systems
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Responding to and monitoring data requests from internal and external sources
  • Handling highly confidential information
  • Performing any other administrative duties as assigned by the IG manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Interest or knowledge in information governance or willingness to learn
  • Integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive data
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office packages
