Graduate Finance Associate on a permanent basis, working
**Monday

Friday 8.30am5pm** and offering a salary of

£25,000.

Working as a key member of the Transactions team, responsibilities include:

Understand the services, the company and considerations surrounding transactions.
Maintain awareness of market conditions/trends and general business environments.
Assist in the development of client presentations and proposals.
Conduct research on comparable companies and transactions.
Support the transactions team in preparing research presentations to clients.
Attend and contribute at client meetings.
Conduct financial analysis, including preparing and updating financial information, typically focusing on P&Ls, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements.
Reviewing financial forecasts to help determine whether they are appropriate and achievable.
Assist in the development of marketing materials required for a sale process.
Updating internal databases.
Contribute to the overall activities of the team.
