Key job responsibilities

The Managing Editor will be responsible for working with a multi-lingual team of writers and annotators using prompt generation and Instructional Fine Tuning to improve the fluency of our AI models.

They will uphold and contribute to quality, style, and tone guidelines, while using customer feedback to continually improve Amazon's ability to be helpful to customers.

Cross-functional partnership will be key, as this team works across Product, Science, and Design teams to evaluate CX metrics, develop scalable reporting systems, and ensure continual model improvements.

As a key leader on the team, this person will also contribute to tenets for GenAI experiences and add high-judgement expertise to existing and upcoming AI projects.
