The Role.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller to join the business whose primary responsibility will be to Program, Set and operate 3 axis Mills utilising HyperMill CAD CAM software
- Experience of Programming, setting, and operating 3 axis milling machines.
- Experience with Siemens controlled milling machines.
- Experience using CADCAM software. (SolidWorks and HyperMill would be advantageous)
- To be able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Have a quality driven mindset.

- Have a confident & professional manner when speaking to colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Be able to work as part of a team and individually.

- Demonstrate competent use of milling machines.
- Understand manufacturing drawings and have experience of working with part Models to develop programmes using CAM software. (Experience with HyperMill is highly advantageous)
- Work with a range of materials and demonstrate good knowledge of speeds, feeds, and methods of manufacture.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of tooling requirements to achieve each task.
- Use their experience to machine high value components to the required quality levels and tolerances.

- Friday.
- 45 hours per week.
- Overtime Available when required.
