The Role.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller to join the business whose primary responsibility will be to Program, Set and operate 3 axis Mills utilising HyperMill CAD CAM software

Experience of Programming, setting, and operating 3 axis milling machines.
Experience with Siemens controlled milling machines.
Experience using CADCAM software. (SolidWorks and HyperMill would be advantageous)
To be able to read and understand technical drawings.
Very high attention to detail.
Have a quality driven mindset.

Demonstrate competent use of milling machines.
Understand manufacturing drawings and have experience of working with part Models to develop programmes using CAM software. (Experience with HyperMill is highly advantageous)
Work with a range of materials and demonstrate good knowledge of speeds, feeds, and methods of manufacture.
Demonstrate good knowledge of tooling requirements to achieve each task.
Use their experience to machine high value components to the required quality levels and tolerances.
Work using their own initiative.
