About us
Spring into Action CIC is a small business in Accrington.
We are supportive, fun, inclusive, and our goal is to provide opportunities for people with learning disabilities to engage in activities, volunteer within services and find employment.
We aim to raise awareness of the ability of people within the wider community, and raise aspirations of people with disabilities to achieve more.

Responsibilities:
- Plan events.
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Communicate with vendors for logístical planning and implementation.
- Coordinate with store management to implement marketing plans.
- Keep accurate inventory and financial records.
- Be a mentor to junior staff members.
- Ensure that staff members are provided with adequate training.
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary:
£10,700.00-£10,707.84 per year
