Customer Support Advisor

  • Improve customer experience, engage customers and facilitate growth.
  • Respond to tickets to immediately (within 30 minutes)

Responsibilities_

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, suggest new products to research and development team.
  • Ensure that lasting relationships are being built with customers.
  • Ability to follow up issues to ensure that no customer is left guessing.
  • Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported.
  • Offering advice and support through the ordering process
  • Taking customers through the different options with equipment
  • Taking customers through the options of finance and payment options
  • Resolving issues with delivery, raising queries with the warehouse and transport companies

Hours:_

  • 40hrs per week. Additional time and outside these hours may be required at busy times.
  • Rotational shifts between 8:00am 6:00pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays + your birthday

Salary:
£28,000.00 per year
