About The Role:


Our state-of-the-art showrooms are a source of inspiration for our customers and our Mobile Design Centre's provide an incredible opportunity for us to deliver a fantastic service to even more customers.

You will earn a basic salary of £19,968 plus uncapped commission with OTE of £50,000.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Visit customers' homes to provide an exceptional experience, guiding them through the design process and demonstrating why customers choose Wren Kitchens
  • Actively listen and capture customer requirements to ensure the design meets and exceeds expectations
  • Conduct home surveys that ensure accurate measurements are used in the design process
  • Generate inspirational designs from customer requirements using our purposebuilt 3D CAD software
  • Organise and manage your diary and be able to manage multiple deadlines

Training:

We provide a comprehensive twelve-week training course, which will be based in our Kings Lynn Showroom. This also includes two separate, week-long residential stays at our state-of-the-art training academy in Barton-upon-Humber.

About You:


Desired Skills and Knowledge:


  • Able to work 40 hours a week including Saturday and Sunday shifts
  • Organised and able to manage your diary effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy checking
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Results driven with experience exceeding targets and KPIs
  • You will have a full UK manual driving licence
