Jobstore are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bury who can be responsible for driving the Permanent recruitment for our brand.

We want to give everyone who wants to work the opportunity to find work, and we will help people with their access to the job market whatever their career expectations.

Key duties for this position include:

Advertising jobs and qualifying responses
Hunting new business and continuing to strengthen existing client relationships

However, you MUST be an excellent communicator, and be confident on the phone - good proven experience in a sales or call centre environment would be beneficial as would any exposure across the above industries.

Good IT skills are a must, along with a great personality and resilient character.

The office has excellent public transport links - with a Metrolink stop directly outside the building and several bus routes close by.

We will consider flexi-working arrangements following your initial training period.
