Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor

£20,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Find new companies to introduce the business to
Arrange and attend supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives
Generate new tenders and live enquiries via Barbour, ABI, Construction MAP and Google to generate new sales enquiries and chase up existing leads
Produce introduction information to potential new customers
Transport checks liaising with drivers, sites, and other departments, entering information into the CRM system
Update customers with delivery updates and information
Input customer purchase orders onto the system
Produce MOPS Reports collating information about current customer spending
Experience within a customer service role
Experience in lead generation is desirable but training will be provided
Able to work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
Confident speaking to all levels
