We are looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join our existing Payroll team based in Manchester.

As a Payroll Assistant you will play a key role in working alongside the other members of Payroll to ensure all client payrolls are completed accurately, on time, and all required outputs are produced and delivered.


You will be responsible for assisting with weekly payroll, which includes creating timesheets and invoices from the instructions received, making manual adjustments and reversals, calculating statutory payments, issuing of payslips and P45s.


Key Skills required:


  • High attention to detail with good organisational skills
  • Emphasis on ownership and problem solving
  • Previous experience of Brightpay is essential
  • Previous Xero experience is desirable but not essential

Package:

We're offering a full-time salary of £19,000 to £24,000 per Annum, depending on experience, with access to a fantastic range of employee benefits:

  • 22 days' holiday per year (in addition to public/statutory bank holidays)
  • you will also accrue a further day's holiday for each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days.

Salary:
£20,648.00-£21,625.00 per year
