Program Manager - Customer Expansion

We are seeking an experienced leader to join the Strategy & Integration team in the EU Customer Expansions space. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for translating the long-term vision for Amazon Shipping and Product requirements into operational program plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

You will be part of the core team building the Amazon Shipping product operational strategy and implementation plan across the EU. Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and shaping the Amazon shipping product to meet customer needs and preferences.
Improving key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with cross-functional teams.
Supporting the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and market segments from an end-to-end operations perspective.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Programme Manager, you will drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programmes. You will use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan, ensuring successful delivery and results.

About the Team

Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Our first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their domestic volume using our delivery network.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Ability to use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
Experience leading process improvements and driving business growth.

Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
