JOB PURPOSE**:

To undertake NPLQ & NRASTC re-assessments. To deliver NPLQ & NRASTC courses.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

To organise, co-ordinate and deliver National Pool Lifeguard Qualification courses and National Rescue Award for Swim Teachers and Coaches courses.

Undertake NPLQ reassessments
Undertake NRASTC reassessments

To provide adequate schemes of work and assist with evaluation of any systems of work that increases the effectiveness of Leisure Attendants.

Check all equipment prior to training/courses to ensure it complies with health & safety requirements and record/report any defects to the site management.

Ensure that all manikins are cleaned before and after use in good working order for effective training to be delivered

Present training records and information to internal and external RLSS Inspectors

Maintain awareness of new developments, trends and practices, particularly national governing body updates and industry changes.

Plan NPLQ/NRASTC courses following the companies Guidelines.

To carry out any other relevant duties as required, within the scope of the post.

Keep up to date with all policies and procedures and report any concerns to the Duty Manager straight away.
